Just a quick note to say I really enjoyed the 2009 SMRP conference in St. Louis this past week. The conference gave me a chance once again to see some old friends and meet some new connections. I of course enjoyed Walter Nijsen's presentation on implementing RCM results across multiple sites and his message in regard to the benefits of RCM Blitz.
Looking forward now to IMC in Daytona Beach, Florida next month!
